We provide mobile auto glass repair and replacement services, including windshield repair and replacement, chip repair, crack repair, side and rear window replacement, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibration. Our technicians come to your specified location within our service area to perform these services. We use OEM-quality glass and industry-standard materials. All services are performed in accordance with applicable safety standards and manufacturer specifications.

3. Appointments & Scheduling

Appointment times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, prior job delays, or parts availability. We will make every reasonable effort to arrive within the scheduled window and will communicate any significant delays. You must provide a safe, accessible location with adequate space for our technician to perform the work. You are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is available and accessible at the agreed time and location.

4. Pricing & Payment

Quotes provided are estimates based on the information you supply and are subject to confirmation upon inspection of the vehicle. Final pricing may vary if additional damage or complications are discovered. Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless prior arrangements (such as direct insurance billing) have been made. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Returned payments or chargebacks may be subject to additional fees.

5. Warranties & Guarantees

We provide a 3-year workmanship warranty on installations performed by our technicians, covering defects in installation. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, vandalism, road debris, misuse, severe weather, or pre-existing conditions. Manufacturer warranties on glass parts apply separately and are subject to their own terms. Warranty claims must be reported promptly with proof of service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mobile Auto Glass Repair Shop Carson shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for damage to aftermarket accessories, electronics, or vehicle components not related to the glass service performed, except where caused by our negligence.

7. Insurance Claims

We can assist with processing insurance claims and will work directly with your insurance company when authorized. However, you remain ultimately responsible for any deductibles, non-covered charges, or amounts not paid by your insurer. Coverage decisions are made solely by your insurance provider, and we cannot guarantee claim approval. Any discrepancy between the insurer's payment and the service cost is the customer's responsibility.

8. Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled free of charge with at least 2 hours' notice. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service fee and may affect future scheduling priority. If we need to reschedule due to weather, parts availability, or other operational reasons, we will notify you as early as possible and work to find a convenient alternative time at no additional cost.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Mobile Auto Glass Repair Shop Carson or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
